Wow...
I kind of forgot that I even had a blog here at all!
I was taking a look at my Facebook profile, and this ended up being one of the links under my "About" section...
The last time I wrote, I had just finished up my Sophomore year. I'm in my first semester as a Senior now. My oh my, how life has changed so drastically between that time!
I'm a Communication Studies major now with two minors. I have a new best friend. I've matured, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I went on a church retreat this weekend. I'm more in love with my church now than I have ever been.
I could go on and on, but I won't. You don't care, nor do you need to know. I'll try to use this more often now! I should document more of my life. =]
Chronicles of a College Dreamer
I'm a woman with aspirations and a deep love & passion for the city. My devotion lies with Jesus Christ, and I'd be honored to introduce you to Him. I like to both ask and answer questions. I'm in love with love and romance. Tigers and tulips make me happy. Use this blog to take a small peek inside my mind... it's not as scary as you'd think.

One more thing to add.
I have one huge thing to express right now:
I'm so very glad that God never gives up on us. It doesn't matter what we do, how we act, what we say, what we don't do, etc. He continually pursues us and never stops loving us. That is a huge truth that I wish everyone could grasp. Going to sleep clinging to that tonight!
Hebrews 13:5

I'm home.
I am finally home from my Spring 2011 semester at UNCG. This year was a tough one. Apathy, life decisions, crazy relationships, and spiritual warfare... It's amazing that I did make it through!
I came home on Wednesday. My mom came up to take most of my stuff back home. Cole, Sarah, and Caroline all helped me move my stuff out. They're the best. I had to run over to each side of campus, trying to hug people goodbye and selling back books. Then I turned in some music folders at Lawndale Baptist, grabbed some grub, and hit the interstate. My parents and I went to Red Lobster that night. It was delicious!
Thursday, I spent all day lounging around, not doing much of anything. It was glorious.
Today, I had lunch with the lovely Mary at Moe's and coffee at Wired. We spent a good deal of the day together. I love her. She's one of my best friends, but she goes to Gardner-Webb so I don't get to see her/talk with her much. It was good being able to catch up, share our struggles, and share some laughs. After that, my parents and I headed to the Queen City to do some shopping. We finished with a late dinner, grabbed the cars, and headed home. We listened to some great music, 99.7... classic rock. Ohhhh, yeah!
I've thoroughly enjoyed being home. I haven't been home at all this past semester. That truly took a toll on me. I love college and being around everyone, but sometimes I just need an escape!
All too soon, I will be back... I'm taking two summer courses in the first session. Two psychology classes. That should be fun.
I'm still learning what blogging is all about. Right now, it seems more like a journal. Oh, well. Hopefully I can remember to keep up with it!

What's this?
Indeed, I have created a blog on Blogger. I learned my lesson with Tumblr... it's more of a social networking site than it is a blog site. It seems to be much easier to express my thoughts here in a more organized manner than there. I like to share wonderful photos and be a crazed fangirl on Tumblr. However, I guess I shall be a bit more intimate here!
I have wanted to blog for a while now. I might import my 30 Day Photo Challenge into here just for fun - I quite enjoyed it!
So, to conclude... I didn't want my page to be completely empty. Here is a filler for now, at least until exams are finished!
